How do I star an email in LocalMail.dev?
Open any email in the LocalMail.dev viewer and click the star icon in the toolbar. The star turns amber to indicate the email is saved. Click it again to remove the star. Starred emails persist across app restarts.
Where can I view all my starred emails?
The sidebar in LocalMail.dev has a dedicated Starred tab below the main Inbox. Clicking it filters the email list to show only starred messages. The tab also shows a count of how many emails are currently starred.
Do starred emails persist when I clear the inbox?
Starred status is stored alongside the email in the local database. Starring an email does not prevent it from being deleted if you clear the inbox manually. However, starred emails remain available across app restarts until explicitly deleted.
