Our Commitment
We want you to be confident purchasing LocalMail.dev. If the Software does not work for you, we will refund you in full, no questions asked, within 14 days of purchase.
14-Day Refund Window
You are entitled to a full refund of your purchase price within 14 days of the date of purchase. To request a refund:
- Email [email protected] from the email address you used to purchase.
- Include your order number or the email address associated with your purchase.
- We will process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days after we issue the refund).
After 14 Days
After the 14-day refund window, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We are more likely to approve a late refund where: the Software has a material defect we are unable to resolve, or exceptional circumstances apply.
To request a late refund, email [email protected] and explain the situation. We will respond within 5 business days.
Update Renewals
The optional $9/year update renewal is refundable within 14 days of the renewal payment date, subject to the same conditions above.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline a refund where we reasonably believe the request is fraudulent, where a chargeback has already been initiated, or where the licence has been transferred or shared in violation of our Terms of Service.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law, including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If the Software is faulty or does not match its description, you may have additional rights beyond those described here.
